Our menu was created with Vegans and Vegetarians in mind. Our delicious entrees are M.S.G. free and can be made with tofu, soy meat (chicken, shrimp, duck, fish) or gluten. For vegetarian cooking, we use only soy bean sauce, vegetable oil and spicy seasoning herbs.
